Every RADISH hat is a Richardson 112...one of the most respected trucker hats made, from a family-owned company that has been in the headwear business since 1970. Our patches are produced by A-B Emblem...a certified manufacturer with ISO 9001 quality standards, decades of experience, and a client list that includes NASA and the US Armed Forces. We're not cutting corners on something you're going to wear, pretty visibly, on your head.
We chose established suppliers with real compliance standards and real accountability. A choice we made deliberately.
We give back.
$1 from every Pride patch sold is donated to The Trevor Project, which provides crucial crisis support and services for LGBTQ+ youth. It's a small amount per patch, but a concrete commitment. We track it quarterly and we actually send it. And we'll keep looking for ways to give back.

How does the swappable patch work?
Each RADISH hat has a loop panel on the front. Our patches have hook backing...just press to attach, peel to swap. No tools, no damage, no commitment.
Will patches work on my existing hat?
Our patches work with any hat that has a loop panel on the front. They're designed specifically for the Richardson 112, but are compatible with any hat using standard loop.
What if my patch doesn't conform to a well-worn hat?
Embroidered patches are naturally firm and may not immediately conform to a curved hat front. Try gently shaping the patch into a slight curve with your hands before applying, this helps it sit flush and improves adhesion.
Can I wash my hat with the patch on?
We recommend removing the patch before washing. The hook backing can snag other fabrics in the wash. The hat itself has been tested and holds up well to a normal wash cycle (or two)
How many patches can I own?
As many as you want. That's kind of the point.
